- How long does the California Signature Collection warranty last and what does it cover?
NUSET California Signature Collection carries 15 year warranty. These warranties cover the original purchaser or original homeowner against defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser or original homeowner occupies the premises upon which the product was first installed. This warranty DOES NOT COVER abused or misused products. If a covered defect occurs, call 1-800-606-8738 for instructions on how to have it replaced or repaired free of charge. Deterioration of the finish occurring from the use of solvents, paints, salt water, or other chemicals is not considered a defect and is not covered by this warranty. The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this is exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
